Savory Ham and Cheddar Egg Muffins

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together until well combined and slightly frothy. Season with salt and black pepper.

Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped chives (if using) into the egg mixture.
