Quick Berry Blast Smoothie Bowl with Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 ripe banana, frozen (optional, for creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • Fresh berries or banana slices for garnish (optional)

Dietary Info

VegetarianGluten-free (if using gluten-free granola and almond milk)

Instructions

  1. 1

Combine the frozen mixed berries, frozen banana (if using), almond milk, chia seeds (if using), and honey or maple syrup (if using) in a high-speed blender.

  2. 2

Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Avoid adding too much liquid to keep it thick like soft-serve ice cream.

  3. 3

Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

  4. 4

Sprinkle the granola evenly over the top of the smoothie.

  5. 5

Garnish with fresh berries or banana slices, if desired, and serve immediately.
