Quick Berry Blast Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granola, for topping
  • Fresh berries, for topping (optional)
  • Shredded coconut, for topping (optional)

Instructions

    Combine the frozen mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey (if using) in a high-speed blender.

    Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a tiny splash more almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Be careful not to add too much liquid, or it will be too runny.

    Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
