Greek Yogurt Parfait with Honey, Walnuts, and Mixed Berries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1/4 cup (30g) mixed berries (fresh or thawed frozen: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey
  • 2 tablespoons (20g) chopped walnuts

    Gather all your ingredients: Greek yogurt, mixed berries, honey, and chopped walnuts.

    In a clear glass or bowl, spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom.
