Easy Yogurt Parfait with Granola and Sliced Banana

  • 1 cup (240g) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (50g) granola
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

    Gather all your ingredients: Greek yogurt, granola, and a banana.

    Slice the banana into even rounds.

    In a clear glass or jar, spoon about half of the yogurt into the bottom.

    Sprinkle half of the granola over the yogurt layer.

    Arrange half of the sliced banana over the granola.

    Repeat the layers: add the remaining yogurt, then the remaining granola, and finally top with the rest of the sliced banana.
