Instructions
- 1
If using raw chicken, slice the chicken breast horizontally to create two thinner cutlets. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and no longer pink. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips or dice.
- 2
In a medium bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, shredded Parmesan cheese, and cooked chicken strips. Add the Caesar dressing and toss gently until all ingredients are well coated.
- 3
Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon half of the chicken Caesar salad mixture onto the center of the tortilla, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
- 4
To wrap, fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then fold up the bottom edge tightly. Roll the tortilla upwards from the bottom, creating a snug wrap. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining filling.
- 5
Serve immediately or wrap in parchment paper or foil for a portable lunch. If desired, you can lightly toast the wraps in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes per side for a slightly crispy exterior.
